Fix rendering of book/chapter/verse for all (I hope) modules

1. string-replace <Book Chapter:>
2. Iterate highlight <verse:> (with possible preceding space)

Lookups of some modules would return multiple verses; the verse numbers of these would not get highlighted.

Also, get rid of shorthand (i.e. bm-) so that ctrl-h m would display key bindings.
Also, add <return> to keymap for selecting biblical module
